u can do a Cardio exercise which will burn your fats and help u gain lean body mass . start with a brisk walking if u have not yet been exercising ... proper warm up and cool down is a must aerobic exercises help . cut out all sweet drinks and aerated drinks .. break your meals into 6 times per day .

Well, if you can cut ALL sweet drinks first, that would be a great start. Next, try and abstain from chips, cookies, and other treats as much as you can. If you really want something sweet, try to eat fruits like watermelon (in season during summer!) and other things. Now, you really need to exercise at least an hour every day. You should definitely make sure that you don't lose more than 2 pounds per week, or else you might end up chubbier after you finish your regimen. We don't want that to happen. Just be careful about getting anorexic though. Some kids go through "thick" phases. Just eat right, drink mainly water, and exercise daily. Good luck!

I may be telling you something you already know, but here goes: 130 may or may not be a good weight for you. If I said I was 5'4" and 185 lbs. most doctors would say I'm overweight, no matter my age and sex. But, if I'm not mistaken, those were about the stats of Van Damme during the height of his movie making career. If you look at his physique in a movie such as bloodsport, I doubt that you or any doctor would call him overweight. He weighed a lot because he had a lot of muscle. There are also things such as bone density to consider. These factors are not considered on a typical chart you see hanging on the wall in a doctor's office. So before you try to reach a certain weight, it would be wise for you to determine if that weight will be healthy for you, if you have not already done so. That being said, the biggest factors are diet and exercise. Stay away from refined carbs (white bread and pasta, sugar, pop, cakes, etc.). Eat complex carbs instead. And don't do more than 40 min of cardio at a time, as your body will burn muscle quicker than fat once glycogen runs out, and no guy wants to be wimpy.

ok. its simple. I'm working on same thing, I'm 14 and its working for me. you want to wake up early. i get up at 7 am or so. i drink a protein shake ( i drink muscle milk, it tastes good lol) i take a vitamin. but the most important thing about this whole thing is not to have sugar, you wanna eat whole foods. like fruits veggies steak chicken. and you can eat whenever you want as long as it is whole food! its really good, i never starve. and i do tons of pushups so i a big chest lol. hope this works for you!!!! best of luck mate

Do you have a pool? If you do, go in it for at least 2 hours a day. If you don't, ask to get a membership at a pool club. Eat a lot of fruit and stay OUT OF THE KITCHEN. Go on a treadmill if you have to, or go walking in the evening before dinner with a family member that is older than you. Trust me, I was chubby last year and I lost all the weight without even wanting to just by going outside ALL day and having fun swimming and kicking around the ball. If you just exercise more than eat eventually you will lose weight very fast. But when you ARE exercising, make sure you are having fun so you keep doing it longer! Good luck!
