have been drinking it for about 5 days now and alls going well...was just curious about how much i shuld drink a day and what are the good and bad points about it??

Green tea generally has most of its health benefits arising from the antioxidants present in it.... which are responsible for soo much good...like an increase in your metabolism...for faster weight loss.....plus...antioxidants are also responsible for inhibiting cancer cells... The bad points are quite few...you just need to keep it under 6 cups and you will be fine. Anyways... theres something new called white tea which is even more healthy...its taking the world by storm...It is THREE times more effective coz its got a very high concentration of antioxidants.... I thought that its all hype..till i got a free pack from http://freewhitetea.com .. I started with that..(they sent a very pure form..which included acai as well...so was even more effective for weight loss...) and its good... but i did'nt want to lose so much weight(i was barely overweight)... so im shifting to a more lighter version soon..probably from adagio or something... hope i helped :)

Given all the evidence, it is probably safe to plan on drinking four to five cups of green tea per daily. If you're a real devotee, by all means drink more; but whether or not you'll derive added health benefits remains to be determined by further research.

Personally, I drink it because that way I'm not drinking soda. So it keeps me from suffering the tooth-rotting, empty-calorie, excessively-sugary negative side effects of drinking soda pop. And I always imagine that somehow the chemicals that make soda have bubbles must go against nature as well.

There's not much bad stuff about it. All i know is that it keeps you alert and it's a really healthy version of normal tea. But i suppose if you drink too much it could affect your heart rate as it's basically a non-crap energy drink.
