    Piazza Duomo, get down in the underground and look for a shop called Mariposa. It's right beside to a nice café and photo shop. When you go down, you'll see a newsagent, take the corridor on the right and go straight, you'll see the shop on the right side in a few meters. There are also other shops in the underground or sellers on the street outside, in front of Rinascente there is one and another one in fron of Piazza San Babila. Go in Piazza Duomo and you'll find many :) Say hi to the Duomo for me..so long no see :.(

Dude I live in Florence. In Italy we don't really have the tee thing so it's not really easy to find them. Usually if you go to the center, you will find some places on the street which have tees hanging but they're illegal and they stink. Just now i googled "negozi t-shirt milano".
