Yes, I've heard of this before. I wonder why country people can't build outhouses? It's just a hole dug in the ground with a simple shack built over it. When the hole begins to fill up, you shift the shack aside, dig another hole nearby (putting the dirt in the first hole) and then move the shack over the new hole. This does not require high technology, nor much money, nor help from the government. Here in the United States there are plenty of places that have outhouses. . .
