I'm not very familiar about the ones you listed, but rooks should stick to small cruisers at first until you have some experience on a bike. If you have experience with a dirt bike, then it doesn't matter, just need to get use to the heavier weight. You might also look into a motorbike safety course. I know a few noobs to take them and they turned out ok.
