Your printer should give the option of 'fit to page' the A4 sheet is the normal paper in the printer it will then print to cover the sheet (210x295 mm)....ish

If you are stretching an image it will be likely it will pixelate, this means distort. Internet images are usually of a low resolution which means they dont stretch well and the quality is low. You would be better to find an online image library as the quality is better and the size is usually larger. Try gettyimages, i stock.
