    Like the last person stated, you cannot create clips like those with no experience, let alone by yourself. Those cut scenes are created by a crew of experienced artists working for months. It will take you several years just to learn the basics of what it takes to achieve that level of quality. On the other hand, there is software that does a lot of the work for you so you can just animate and render. Take a look at Poser. It provides pre- modeled human figures with IK skeletons, hair and cloth simulations. All you do is animate them and render . But even that is a mouthful. Good luck.

I'm going to give you the bad news first. If you want to make animations like that, you need to understand that you won't be doing that for several years. It's going to take you that long to fully grasp all of the software involved, and how to properly model, light, and animate your scene...then create your backgrounds.....then composite them together with other effects. Now, with that said....You'll need 3d modelling software like 3DS Max, Maya, Mudbox, Blender, etc to model your characters. Then, you'll need some type of animating software. Then, you'll use Photoshop or something to paint your backgrounds. Finally, you'll use something like After Effects to composite them together. Then, after all that is done....you'll need to record and mix all of your audio.
