Where can I find the site for mathematical disabilities of students?

I am launching a dating web site for people with disabilities and I would like to find a web development firm that employs people with disabilities. Where can I find an organization that does this?

    I would say to go to various disability groups and ask them for suggestions.  Alternatively when submitting your proposal to potential companies, make information about their disability employment practices part of the requirements package. Possibly finding disability discussion groups / forums online and asking there might also get useful leads. However, you may run into some problems as I don't know just how much this sort of information might be protected by privacy laws / policies... BTW, I'm not at all sure from a lot of the discussions I've had in different places / forums and stuff I've read that you'd find a lot of demand for this type of service - but good luck with it...
