Can i use photos for my internet presentation -like portfolio?

You cannot give the agency guy copyright of the photos as it's not yours to give - it's the photographers. You can use the images the photographer shot for your portfolio only. You cannot give them to someone else to post on their page as representations of their models - that would be breach of copyright. You can refer the agency guy to your photographer & they can work out a deal between themselves (or not), but its not your deal to arrange - they are not 'your' photos.

It's your face but you do not own the images, the guy you are talking with should know this, contact your photographer to amend your original release and make sure that the images display the photographers copyright and that full credit for the images is given to him on the page, most shooters love this type of free exposure (little pun).
