How do you create digital art like the ones on deviantart?

I really would like to create digital art for deviantart, but I have NO idea how it's made. Is there some specific program that would allow me to make it? If so, which one would ...show more

You don't necessarily have to have a tablet... I've seen some really really good mouse drawings (but that's a completely different story) To me, a LOT of those pictures are hand draw, not colored in, inked, Pencil Erased, Then they went in and photocopied (a good one I might add) and then used some software like GIMP to color it in. Well' I dont know much myself but I would guess you would use GIMP or Photoshop for some of it. Hope that helps.

The first one doesn't exist,The second one was not actually MADE ON A COMPUTER,and number 3 and 4 ARE THE SAME THING!
