No, Eurostar stop at the Gare du Nord (North Station). From it you have to go to Gare de Lyon to take another high speed train, the TGV, to go south.

I believe Eurostar only goes as far as Paris you would have to make alternative arrangements for you onward journey...hope this helps.

That's correct you do need to change at Paris then depending on where you are going you may need to change again. Trains are frequent and the entire journey time to Lourdes South france from Ebbsfleet is about 8 and half hours and +9 hours from St Pancras Station in London. The Eurostar destinations shows all available connections you can get on one ticket. The train ticket is usually cheaper if you book the complete journey on one ticket unless you have already booked!
