Does anybody know if this blonde map is true for blondness in france?

here is the european map of blondeness. is it true? are they more blonder in the western region near rennes france? thanks

Zafir is perfectly right. The southern area is influenced by mediterannean genetics (tanned skin, dark hairs). North=celtic, east = germanic. By the way, that is also applying to the language.

I guess it could be true since there are more blonde people in te counties north from France (Netherlands, Belgium) then in the countries south from France (Spain, Portugal) So I guess there are more natural blonds in north/west France then in south France.
