    Take Metro line #6 from the Place d'Italie station going in the direction of Charles de Gaulle-Etoile and take it to the La Motte-Picquet Grenelle station. Change trains here and get on Metro line #10 in the direction Boulogne Pont de Saint-Cloud and take it to the Porte d'Auteuil station. To get to your hotel from CDG take the RER B (Direction : Massy-Palaiseau) to the Gare du Nord. Change (transfer is free) to the Metro, line #5 (Direction : Place d'Italie) to the Campo-Formio station. Your hotel is a 5 minute walk from this station.
