How do we hand feed our baby budgies?

We are new at the whole breeding budgies thing and we are having a bit of trouble getting our babies to hand feed. Does anyone know of a step by step hand feeding instruction guide ...show more

The only time you need to hand feed budgies,is if the parents refuse to feed them.If you are feeding to get them tame,it is not necessary.You can get your young tame by handling them from 2-3 weeks old.If you have got to hand feed,then follow the instructions given.

There should be instructions on the packeting, you know you don have to hand raise them right, you can just let the parents do the work, if you cant get them to eat it you can try softly tapping them on the beak and they may open their mouths, if you are using a syringe then you should try spoon feeding them because they can see and smell the food.
