I found out already that in the U.S. there are 25M tennis-players and tennis is a $5.6B industry in the U.S. and now I need to find out what money Americans spend on tennis-lessons/year with a tennis-lesson costing $50/h. I also found out that 55% of tennis-players answered "not having someone to play with" as the top reason why they aren’t playing as much tennis as they would like to. Other reasons were that they couldn't find someone with the same skill set, which is very important for tennis players and not having access to courts nearby. Solving these 3 problems is what we do! Also the top reason why tennis-players play tennis more this year than last year, that they finally found someone to play with.   The USPTA states on their website that there are 13,500 certified coaches in the US, and 15K worldwide (http://www.uspta.com/default.aspx/MenuItemID/1887/MenuGroup/New-USPTA.htm). There's no stat to tell us exactly how many total coaches there really are (USPTA certified + other certification + uncertified). You might be able to extrapolate that number.
