I don't really understand why people get smart phones. If all you need is calling and text messaging, what can it do better than something that costs a fraction of the price and is a far smaller size? I still get by with my Motorola V220. The thing is ancient, but it works. Mom works for the phone company so I have some my old unused cell phones in a box in my house somewhere, so I can just stick my SIM card in one of those while my main phone is on the charger too. Cant' do that with these new smart phone things.
