Which company makes the best surround sound that is cheap?

Lookin for a 7.1 channel surround sound speaker system do you know any company that makes them?

I dont know how much you plan on spending but if your going all out, I'd suggest Klipsch. Check out Klipsch.com and look for the rf-83 system or the Synergy f-3 system, i havent actually heard the reference 83 system but i heard you could probably blow out some windows if you tried. Need more assurance, read one of the reviews. They are pretty expensive, but like i said if you're going all out.....
