How do I transfer movies from my DVR to my computer without buying a dvd recorder and how do i connect them?
-
Is it possible to connect them together? And what items do i need to accomplish that?

Answer:
My DVR has a USB Port so you can connect to an External Hard Drive Memory Stick or PC and transfer to them . Alternatively buy a set of Phono leads and connect from the output of the DVR to the INPUTs on the PC - Red White & Yellow (connect colour to colour)

Most dvr's have a line one output on the back. Connect a/v cables from that to you computer, play the dvr and record on you cpu. You will probably have to buy a cable that has a/v on one end and whatever input you cpu needs.
