DVD frames have rather low resolution, about 720x480, so don't be disappointed if the print looks bad. You may need to print it at a very small size for any decent quality. Here is one way. On a PC, play the movie using your favorite player. Pause at the frame you want and then take a screen shot. Save the screen shot in a document and print it.
