I am a C++ developer having 4 years experience. I am from India. I have adequate English communication skills but want to improve. Hence, I want to teach any American or someone from the UK so that I can improve my communication skills. I will teach free of charge.

Language skills are based on interactions, so before you take on the role of a teacher, you need to access you skills. Currently you are a C++ programmer, so I suggest you find an English environment where you can code in C++ forcing you to communicate only in English. If your expertise in C++, this is the subject that you should be teaching.
