What is the cheapest camcorder for indoor taping?

Is there a way to upload a video taping from a camcorder or will i have to get the adaptor?

  Yes you can dub that tape using those cable's (they are called RCA cables) ... They are usually color coded plug those into your VCR depending on the VCR you usually need to set the line in to A/V (audio/video). Once that is set you can test by setting your tv to channel O usually and you should be able to turn the camera on and see yourself on the monitor. Once you verify your connections set the VCR to record and press play on the camcorder.
