Good webcam for youtube?

How come on my webcam when I make a video its good quality but when I put it on youtube its bad quality?

Im using a logitech webcam. When i record a video on it, its good quality but when i upload it on youtube, its all blurry and Horrible quality. What can I do to make it better ...show more
