My computer is so slow. What can I do to make it faster?

My computer runs really slow but i still have a lot of memory. what can i use to make it faster?

You probably have a virus that is working on the background taking up the resources. If you have a virus scanner update the virus definitions and scan your computer. If the problem persist, go to programs/all programs/accessories/system tools and do disc cleanup and later disk difragment. This should make the computer faster.

what is your definition of a bunch ? Because if it is under 1GB of RAM, it's not a bunch. Slow PC means not enough RAM on your PC.
