You're almost done. You just have to upload your MP3 file to a website. You'll upload every episode to the same place and submit your link to itunes just once. The easiest way is to choose a site that specializes in podcast hosting. It's $5.00 to $10.00 per month but it takes care of all your bandwidth that you will need as you keep adding episodes and gaining listeners, and they will also do the RSS coding to get you listed on itunes and other directories. They will also give you a way to have show notes and listener conversations, or how to embed a podcast player on your own website. There are free podcast hosts but I have heard that you run out of bandwidth right away. I use Libsyn. You can upload it to a website of your own, but you will need to learn how to write that pesky code. .
