Answer:
Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer then find the folders you want changed. Probably under My Documents, then My Pictures. Double click on the folder name and type in a new name then hit enter. Should do it.

right cliick on the forder,delete the name of the folder and rename it. open folder left click on a photo go up to edit down to select all put your curser back on the photo right click and rename
