If the site doesn't have a high speed, you will not get that in any way. Two, the distance between your location and the testing site is another one. Anyway, you can check your Cable modem setting and find out what's the speed limit they set for you.

not at all--it should be 20 mbps and 5 mbps. You need to find a better ISP My usual speed is 408Mbps. I download tv at 55Mbps.
