Are there any IT web development/designer jobs out there?

Does anyone know how to go about getting a job in web development or web design...even programming. My partner graduated 3yrs ago with Msc in IT web development and just can't ...show more

David D is correct. I have been looking to change my career to this field and there are plenty of jobs for developers but in my case, there is no where in the ROI that will give me a job unless I have at least 2-3 years experience.

Everyone who does anything in IT seems to go for Web Design Hence i am going into Graphic Design, more bling and less competition. You have to look harder, its a recession and things are low on everything. Look harder!
