How hard is it to build a website on Go Daddy?

Please help. I am building my own website on Go Daddy. I am a bit of a novice. I scanned a picture onto the?

    First of all, images that go to the internet have to be rezised or compressed so it has less "weight" since not everybody has fast connections. There are many free image editing programs out there, I'd really recommend that you donwnload a trial version of photoshop. If you'd like to make a quick "cropping" which means cutting those borders you don't want in your picture just leaving what you want plus reducing file size at the same time; and "optimizing" that means you will be able to upload it quickly and download it quickly from your website. give this free sofware a try, has all the basics plus none of the cost, plus has the tutorials you need to get started. http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm good luck.
