How do you check cell phone voicemail from another phone?

I can't get into my cell phone voice mail because my #1 key doesn't work and I need to type in the #1 for my password. So, is there a way to check my voice mail from another ...show more

Answer:
On most providers, you can turn off your cell, then call it and when the voicemail pics up hit either * or # (usually #) at which point it should prompt for your password. If this fails, try calling your provider and asking - they probably have a way of doing it, just a matter of knowing what it is :)

YES! make a note of the voicemail centre number and call it from a landline. for example I always check mine from a land line (ORANGE UK) 07973 100 123 then enter my mobile and press # then password # to get the menu
