How can you take the ringback tone off?

Verizon ringback tones ??????

  • Ok so I got a ringback tone and Its playing but I want to take off the "Please enjoy the music while your party is reached" How do I do this???

    You have to log on to your account at there website and manage the ringback tones, you can take it off but it might confuse some people thinking it is your voicemail.

You can't do that cause that is just the way that the ringback tones are set up. You can't take the first part of cause if you try then it will take off the whole ringtone. Sorry but that is how they are all set up.

Humm...you should be able to do it through your account in the section that keeps track of your ringback tones. Being that some people are not familar with ringbacks, I just leave mine on so when those who are not familar with ringbacks call they won't think they called the wrong number or get confused and hang up.
