    try resetting the mobile :) *#7370# code is for formatting the handset [soft reset] and *#7780# code is for restoring to factory settings. Both of these codes will wipe the handset internal memory and restore original settings. #^7370# refomats the phone, and so your personal data (contacts, messages, images etc.) are wiped. Reformatting can in some circumstances solve software problems that you may experience, but you can back up your personal data to memory card or PC beforehand and restore it later. *#7780# simply restores factory settings, it does not delete any data.
