Is it illegal to rip cds and the put them on you ipod?

Adding songs from cds and lime wire to an IPOD???

  • plz help me i just bought an ipod nano, and i dont wanna buy songs and stuff from itunes, how can i put songs i download from limewire and songs i rip from my cds onto my ipod!!!!

    just drag the songs from lime wire onto where when u plug ur ipod in the window that comes up, which should be itunes, and it will put the songs onto ur ipod... i have a nano and thats what i do, it FREE and EASY :)

I had lime wire and it gave my computer alot of viruses, i wouldn't trust it.

click the song on limewire, click download, wait until it says 100%, then, have both your limewire AND your itunes showing, and click the fully downloaded song (it will be towards the bottom of the limewire page in a little box) and drag it into your itunes library. (i recomend checking how many songs u have before u do this, so after ur done u can check the number again and made sure it went up.) then once your nano is plugged in, drag the song from your library to your nano.

firstly connect it after all the songs you want are in itunes. then go to search and search your liewire songs. copy them into itunes, and reconnect your ipod That should do it... for any more help contact me [email protected] (not yahoo)

install itunes then from itunes under file you want to click upload/import and then upload them from where ever they are on your computer or from your cd

download itunes. You don't have to buy anything from itunes. Just add to your library from your computer. It is impossible to put anything on your ipod without itunes.
