How can I get faster in 100m freestyle?

my time now is 1:07 in 100m freestyle it's been my time for 1 yr and I can't get to break it even if I train 6 to 9 times a week... can you guys help me and give me some tips ...show more

Get a good start, kick as hard as you can, get in good flip turns and push off the walls hard. Sprint the entire last 25. Breathe less. Good luck :)
