Water polo players: any tips for weight lifting?

Answer:
Continue to do the same exercises with the same amount of weights... once that becomes easy add 5 pounds but make sure you do the exercise right. It is better to lift 10 pounds the right way than 50 the wrong way. Also eggbeatering with a medicine ball above your head is really good.
