Yes, you can swim on a college team. Division III is probably your best bet if you don't improve much more in the next two years. It will depend on where you plan to attend college. @ some schools where they have a ton of walk-ons hoping to make the team, probably not. @ schools without much funding or without a load of walk-ons you might be able to make the team, train, and maybe get into some low level meets. Find a better team to join now and start working on your times. Start checking out some of the schools you're interested in.
