I was e-filing my taxes for AY 2010 - 2011 and had to pay a nominal difference. I am under ITR 1. I have made the payment under 300 (self assessment tax) instead of 400 (Tax on regular assessment). Will this affect my returns? What should I do to correct this mistake?
