Where is the transmission for a vw beetle yr 2000?

VW 2000 beetle leak??? Pease help!!!?

  Got a screwdriver? One comes with the car tool kit by the spare tire. So try the hose clamps first and maybe they will turn a quarter turn tighter. There is a fair number of clamps so check them all the same way. Especially by the gas pedal, if the carpet is wet then the hose connection is leaking to the underpad under the carpet. It is like a large sponge and you carpet stays wet forever. Use a pistol hair dryer and lift the carpet to get underneath the carpet to dry the underlay. Run your finger around the seam of the overflow containers. If your finger is wet then you got a leak. Only repair is a replacement. You cannot fix it. No luck there? Then check the water pump on the underside where there is a small round hole. If it is wet there then you need a water-pump.
