2001 Corolla left fog light, light bulb keeps burning out?

I know not to touch the bulb so that would not be the problem and it's very easy to put in so I wouldn't be that the bulb touches anything else on the way in.

The reason that particular light is burning out is that ,it either . 1-Has a lose contact 2-Improper earthing 3-one of the wires is shorting circuiting and the voltage increases burning the light out.
