How do i restore attachments from the conversation history in messenger? i can see the messages but not the attachments?

Answer:
Is there a way to get Messenger back in the format it was bedfore this new mail program started? When signing into Yahoo, Messenger was always on the left, under folders, showing who was on line and what my status was. Now the window comes up in the right hand corner and is not as easy to read as the last format. I tried downloading Messenger again and it said I have the current offering. Just wondering. Thanks.
