How to get yahoo instant messaging?

How can i get instant messaging in yahoo? it just won't come in when i click on it..have tried dozens of times

no matter what i do, i cannot get instant messages or any part of yahoo messenger to come up on this new machine..clicking on messenger doesn't help...just won't refresh either

though i don't really get what you mean by Y!MESSENGER NOT WORKING, i suggest you re-install the software. (in case you don't know: you go to CONTROL PANEL->ADD OR REMOVE SOFTWARES-> find Y!MESSENGER->REMOVE IT then go to messenger.yahoo.com again & download it again. hope it helps. think it does coz i can't think of any other reason for Y!MESSENGER not working as long as millions of ppl or using it right now without probs, includin myself)
