Why wont yahoo messenger sign in?it trys then goes off.?

i go to sign in and nothing it turns its self off. i can sign in on yahoo.com under my name but not on messenger. ok how do i fix this?

If it still not working... Try this they are open 6am -6pn pacific time zone 866-562-7219 *Press Option 2, then Option 2 again for password assistance this is direct to Yahoo! Customer Care.

If you have a problem log on into messenger take this solution: On the main messenger window go to "messenger" from upper left and press on "connection prrferences" and choose "firewall with no proxies" and you're done now, Just try to log in. Good luck.
