Why do I keep getting communication error in chat?

Why can we no longer get into chat rooms.......keep getting communication and server errors?

  • each time I try to get into a chat room....i either get sent to a different room than requested......or get a communication error....or a server error message.....when is this problem ...show more

    well vista has sound in room now when i can get in and rooms i was in had bout all bots out of 50 there were 48 bots

I have heard multi reasons why yahoo messenger is not working properly at the moment. The one I have heard the most is yahoo is trying to become compatible with the new windows vista. Another I have heard is, yahoo is not going to allow any 2nd party chat clients to access yahoo any longer. Are we talking about yahoo chat rooms? If so, delete Yahoo Messenger, then re-install and try.
