How can I access my group in Yahoo?

How come I can't access any of the features on my yahoo group, including messages and the database?

  • Answer:

    You may need to change the settings for access to those features. Sign in to the group and click on Management. Under Group Settings, Click Web Tools. On the next page, click Edit to the right of Web Tools. Scroll through the features and make sure none of them are set to "Off". If they are, select the appropriate settings and then click Save Changes at bottom of page. If that is not the case, since there are a lot of changes being made on Yahoo groups by the Yahoo Staff, your group may be caught up in the changes. If it does not clear up by tomorrow, you can report the problem to Yahoo by using the Technical Help form: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/general.html
