    see if you can find your horn under the hood. there should be a couple wires that go to it. if you find them, and they are connected, follow them back as far as you can to see if you can find if the wires are clipped.

they probably disconnected your battery and horn to disable the alarm. the horn is on the front of the car behind the bumper. there IS a fuse for the horn. i imagine the reached in through your bumper and clipped the wires to silence it before it went off then popped the hood by reaching for the hood popper cable in the wheel well on ur drivers side. so check there to see if the wheel well has been messed with. Edit: well yeah i know the horn isnt the alarm system, they cut it to silence it. i was gona say they got under the hood to disconnect the battery to stop the flashing lights. i didnt feel that extra info was necessary lol.

there is a fuse connected to the horn...if its good, the probably cut the horn wire. the horn is usually under the hooe in the inner fender
