Is a 2001 Honda ex coupe a good car?

    The dealer is a little over Kelly Blue Book for that car.KBB says $13,840 in "excellent" condition which that Accord is not.That Accord,at best is in "Good" condition considering the front end hit.The Bumper cover and reinforcement bar is not a big deal,but the inner fender support could have a wrinkle.If the car drives straight and the AirBags are the ones it was born with,I would offer $10,900 and no more.My 96' came to me with a front end hit as well.All repair was bolt on and available on-line.It now has almost 300K smooth,reliable,trouble free miles.Honda's are keepers,make sure that one won't give you any grief down the road.If you like it,buy it.

That bumper damage might have been a simple fix but can turn out to be something major like your wheel alignments will go bad front end shakes and things like so before u consider buying the can have some check it out for frame and body damages which will turn out to be a major in the future so yea have a body shop check it out for damage to the frame and body... No one knows the impact when the car first hit so really need to get that checked.

I would try to find out more, ie if airbags were deployed...that would mean that it was somewhat servere. $1000 doesnt sound that bad, just beware.
