How much will it cost to repair a hairline scratch on a 2008 Odyssey?

    Don't worry. I was an appraiser at a collision center for a few years and you will need to have that panel painted. If the damaged paint is within a foot of an adjacent panel then the shop will need to blend the clear coat into that panel to ensure proper reflectivity. If there is no denting they may just have to remove any trim from the panel (door handle?) before the paint is applied and then followed up by the clear coat. The paint on your Honda is 2-stage paint. You do not have extra clear coat on it from the factory. BTW, wet the scratch with your finger tip. If the scratch goes away with it wet then it may be able to wet sand the scratch out. If it does not go away then it is too deep.

honestly shop around now days people rip u off and don't let anyone here answer giving u a price cause they're all just lying they're asses off unless they seen how bad the scratch is with their eyes look around first cause some people will rip u off if u go there and act all worried oh my god i cant fix it please fix my paint you know just go there act normal say how much would it cost to fix this stay calm don't look worried or needy
