i am 15 years old and i really want to go somewhere exotic and far to help out somewhere like africa thailand does anybody know a good safe Program that's not expensive ??

You want to go somewhere exotic where they will feed you and put you up with a place to sleep? What do you thing they are? Charities? They only take people who can actually help, and can contribute MORE than it costs to feed and house them. At 15, I doubt you come into that category.
