Routine is a must. Get into the habit of coming home and doing your homework in a nice quiet well lit place. Then you can spend time relaxing and doing some thing else.I know i used this during my high school and college education.The less distractions you have the better. Some times you need to tell your friends not to call during the hours of such and such so you can work uninterupted.Once you do this everyday it will become habit.I did listen to music but not real loud or heavy music. Good Luck with your grades!!!!!!!

TURN OFF THE TV and don't listen to the LOUD MUSIC... then you can concentrate.
