I want to be a wildlife conservationist and work with wildlife animals(NOT plants) Should I take AP biology in high school now? And idk if you know what TCC is but I would go there ...show more

Answer:
I would take that course for multiple reasons. It is going to be way cheaper, it will show initiative and will give you an idea of what is in biology before you take any major steps. And as far as evolution goes, you will be hard pressed to find any conservation job that does not deal with evolution. I work in this field and almost all decisions are based somewhere in evolution. It is the process that unifies all of ecology and conservation biology. It is not so much where you get your degree but how much experience you have. Volunteering will really put you over the edge on a good resume.
