What countries are American-Traveler friendly? I mean, counties where people love Americans, unlike France.?

Poland by far they are very grateful for all the way back to ww2 and they support us in Iraq they are one of the few countries who still likes america everyone is friendly and the catholic religion is big the biggest catholic following in the world

In this day & age, not too many countries love Americans. Thankfully, not everyone hates us (yet). Where ever you choose to travel, don't flaunt being American and you'll be fine.

My mother went to France after 9/11 and the Freedom fries incident. She didn't have any problems...

Nobody cares that much if you are American, they care if you act like a stereo typical American. Sometimes I see Americans and they are so loud because they want everyone to know they are American and they talk about how much better it is in the States (which is really offensive). I had the unfortunite incident of traveling with an American girl to Austria and I was so embarrased by how obnoxious she was. If you go anywhere just be respectful and don't try and let everyone know you are American just try and enjoy where you are and try and learn about another culture. Don't compare it. I am Canadian and I love France. I think they are extremely friendly and love it when people are interested in their culture.

central and south america are pretty friendly to americans, in general. do travel! but when you do, be a goodwill ambassador wherever you go. don't shout about being an american (don't shout at all), treat locals with friendliness and respect and you will be treated with friendliness and respect in return. be the one that gives them a reason to love americans!
